Bed and Bike Hoogstede: A Warm Welcome for Nature Lovers and Friends on Bikes

At Bed and Bike Hoogstede we like to receive guests who enjoy a good night's sleep, beautiful nature and a relaxed Friends on the bike atmosphere. Our doors are open to adventurers who, after a day in the outdoors, are not so much looking for luxury, but rather enjoy hospitality and a warm welcome, possibly a nice meal and possibly a second night to be able to walk in the area.

We especially welcome sports enthusiasts who like to stay overnight with like-minded people during their multi-day cycling or hiking tours. Whether it is a brisk walk through the woods or a long bike ride along picturesque routes, they will find a place to relax, enjoy unexpected company and set off again the next day, refreshed, after a hearty breakfast.

Friends on the Bike is therefore intended for people who are on the road during their cycling or walking adventures and would like to stay overnight at local guest addresses. It is not an option for a weekend of city exploration by bike or for travelers who arrive by car, unless it is discussed in advance with the host or hostess whether the address can serve as a starting point for a larger (multi-day) round.

At Bed and Bike Hoogstede, we have a bedroom with private shower and dining area next to it, which contributes to the cozy and informal atmosphere. In addition, we have a friends price of € 25, - per person per night, including breakfast, when the friend number is mentioned. Tourist tax is excluded.

So, if you are looking for a place to catch your breath during your adventures in nature, come to Bed and Bike Hoogstede and enjoy a delicious tea moment. You will not find luxury here, but a warm welcome and all the comfort you need for a good night's sleep and an energetic start to the next day.

Prices* and payment

This overnight price is intended as an expense allowance; Friends on Bikes is not a commercial initiative. With every overnight stay you contribute to a healthy, sustainable and personal way of recreation, accessible to everyone.

The Friends price for an overnight stay, including breakfast, is €25 per person.

If a Friend cancels within 24 hours of arrival, you may charge €12.50 per adult and €7 per child.

Friends pay for their overnight stay in cash or with a tikkie.

The prices are exclusive of tourist tax. This is a government levy, the amount of which varies per municipality. In the big cities, this can amount to 10 euros per person per night. Inquire with your own municipality what you may have to charge.
