Welcome to Camping Emmen in Schoonebeek! Here you can experience old-fashioned coziness, relaxation and fun for the whole family during the school holidays. We offer fun, free activities for children, such as swimming in our outdoor pool, go-karting, cycling and a fun recreation program with crafts, ghost tours and football tournaments. Our weekly pizza night is a favorite! Do you want to go out for a day? Wildlands, Plopsaland and Slagharen Amusement Park are nearby. Read more about our small-scale and affordable campsite.

Outside the school holidays it is wonderfully quiet at Camping Emmen and we are an ideal base for people who want to cycle, discover the Bargerveen or follow in the footsteps of Vincent van Gogh!

Welcome to our brand new restaurant, the place where good food and a relaxed atmosphere come together. Whether you fancy a juicy schnitzel, tender chicken satay or a homemade pizza from the stone oven: we prepare everything with love and passion. A feast guaranteed!

Convenience: Don't feel like cooking at the campsite? We'll gladly take care of it for you!

Cosiness: Sit down on our atmospheric terrace with a drink and a portion of bitterballen, perfect for enjoying the afterglow of your holiday.

Dry and warm: You are also welcome in bad weather. Our spacious indoor area with new furniture and the stretch tent on the terrace provide a nice place in all weather conditions.

More than just food

In high season our terrace is the place for fun activities. Join our successful bingo (with great prizes!) or join a theme night such as a barbecue or pizza night. An evening full of fun and delicious food!

BBQ rental

Prefer to organize your own barbecue? You can rent a BBQ from us and enjoy an intimate dinner with family or friends in the open air. Ask at the reception!

We do not serve lunch.

We are closed on Sundays, except on public holidays.
